These Terms govern your use of PyGenGo ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for IGCSE Computer Science students, teachers, and school administrators. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent, guardian, or teacher has approved your use.
You agree not to:
Admins may remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke roles for any violation.
The PyGenGo name, mascot, code, and curated IGCSE-aligned questions are owned by the PyGenGo operators. The IGCSE syllabus and Cambridge Assessment trademarks belong to their respective owners; PyGenGo is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Cambridge Assessment International Education.
When you submit a question suggestion, you grant PyGenGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, publish, and use it within the Service.
Teacher Premium is billed monthly. During the beta, activation is handled manually by the PyGenGo operators after payment confirmation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew while activation is manual. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will fit a specific curriculum requirement. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyGenGo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost grades, lost progress, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $25 if you have paid nothing.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your access ends; your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the PyGenGo operators reside, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
